History- The Department of Geography was established in 1951 and is one of the oldest departments of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The department was established under the tutelage of Prof SD Kaushik, a versatile and revered geographer of international repute and ably nurtured by faculty members over the past seven decades.
